boring holiday in kelantan

it's damn boring in kelantan
whoever said kelantan is gud, think again... everything sux here
no late nite mamak, no cinemas, no place to hangout... felt cheated of my one month holiday

and yeah... YUI's new singles is coming out tomoro... hope my cousin really got for me one copy of the limited edition CDs... oh boy i miss my college life

mizuyokan

700gm red adzuki beans
2 packets agar-agar powder (25gm x2)
100gm sugar
2 pandan leaves (knotted)

soak the beans for 3hrs, best if soak overnight
rinse them, cover with water and bring to a boil
simmer in low heat for 3 hrs until the beans are soft, and cool them

press the beans through the filter with the back of a spoon and set it aside
bring 2liter of water to a boil, and in agar-agar powder, add in the sugar.
when the sugar is completely dissolved, add in bean paste, stir until well mixed, set it aside to cool,
if u can stick your finger without burning your finger, then the mixture is ready.
pour them into a flat pan and leave in the fridge overnight to chill.
cut into 2" wedge to serve
