anyone who is kind & rich enuf pls give me a camera for present this christmas, i'm seriously in need of camera, i don't care be it PnS or DSLR, but still prefer DSLR... always missing out a good scene just because i'm without camera makes me unhappy...

feeling so bored... exam week is coming and yet there are lots of assignment to pass up this week...
and owh there's a good news for me my nephew has finally arrive in this world and here i'm thinking wut shud i wish him... perhaps "welcome to this fucked-up world" would do...

Kon stir-fry beef with shrooms & bell pepper

wut we need :
150gm lean beef
1/2 bell pepper
50gm enoki mushroom
50gm oyster mushroom

marinates:
1tsp oyster sauce
2tsp soy sauce
1tbsp worchestershire sauce
1tsp corn starch

seasoning
1tsp chicken stock granules

slice the beef and marinate them... left them in the fridge overnite...


stir-fry the veggies until soft & set aside


saute the meat until 70% cook


add in the veggies & stir-fry until the meat is just done


there you have it "stir-fry beef with shrooms & bell pepper"

saturday are meant to be laze around but why do i have so many errands to run? hope i can catch up wif the latest movie in the cinema today... =_="

stayed up late until around 3am yesterday juz to finish the outline of the presentation that i was suppose to do today... then today afternoon the lecturer sms class rep that he'll be taking the day off... mahai... pukimak... palat...

Kon cooks beef soup

wut we need :
450gm lean beef
2 onions
2 potatoes
3 small size carrots

marinates:
1tsp chicken stock granules
2tsp oyster sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp worchestershire sauce
3tsp grounded black pepper


slice the beef and marinate them... left them in the fridge overnite...



saute onion until soft and fragrant


add in beef and saute until the meat surface is cook


add in 2 bowls of water


put in potatoes right after the water is boiling and cover for 5 mins


after that, add in carrots and simmer for 30mins... done...

fast fast bring ur bowl here... :LOL:

today's another lazy day for me... no class mar...
actually thought of goin to carrefour to grab some groceries, do some home cooking mar (everyday chap fan... mahai... dunno how much ajinomoto i've taken in)
but as i say procrastination is my middle name, feelin a bit lazy, aiya tomoro onli go lar... :LOL:
